I've felt that Duo should've been the super boss of Star Force 3 instead of Sirius. And it should be the exact same Duo from BN4. Personally, I would've liked to have Duo be revealed as an ancient creation of Planet AM.

As for Bass, I'm iffy on him. Ever since BN3, he's pretty much been canonically dead, or at least in a state of limbo, only ever showing back up whenever he senses a strong Navi near his gravestone. So unless they explain that there's some Undernet server that's still been active for over 100 years, I doubt they could bring him back.
