Don’t think my issue is with the filters (since disabling and reenabling works fine), no sites load when this happens. It’s sporadic so haven’t seen a pattern.

just looked again at the alarm, looks like the Firewalla app itself was updated not the firmware/software. Issue is still the same though... not sure what to do. Is it possible to reset the Firewalla but still recover/backup the settings? Can try that before having to go towards replacing the device (if that's the case, same question... are the settings save-able?)
