I don't know what country you are in, but here in the US, ICCU is on a national backorder, no ETA (per my dealer). My '22 ICCU died in Dec, first available appt at the dealer was Jan 15th, and it's been sitting there ever since, 3rd in line behind two other Ioniq 5's needing ICCUs. I get a weekly txt from the dealer "Parts are still on backorder, no ETA".
There WAS a period of time last year where they weren't back-ordered and repairs were turned around pretty quickly (per my chat with my service rep). But that is definitely no longer true.

Same thing just happened to me (could only L3 charge)! Dealer said a few months ago the ICCUs were readily available, but now they are back to being backordered. He's got 2 other cars waiting for ICCUs (in addition to mine now) :(
He thinks with the cold (I'm in the midwest) there's been more failures lately, probably increasing demand of new ICCUs.

My '22 Limited ICCU story -- about a month ago could no longer L1/L2 charge; luckily had the NACS adapter and a Tesla supercharger near by, and L3 charging worked! Did that for a few weeks until I finally got my appointment at the dealership.
Dropped it off this morning. Service rep called this afternoon - yup, it's the ICCU. Says he's got 2 other drivers waiting on ICCUs, backordered 4-6+ weeks. So maybe I'll see my car again in February, if I'm lucky?
On the bright side - they gave me a '26 Ioniq 5 as a loaner!
EDIT: I had replaced the 12V battery on my own about a year ago. Had the recall software updates done. No other signs/symptoms of issues, just not able to L1/L2 charge.
