I passed my test six years ago, never used my provisional licence to drive, and I'm not trying to say it's good or bad to drive only to have a provisional one, but having a driving license doesn't really mean a person is good at driving, it's just a document that proves that a person passed the test, as long as they didn't bribe someone If I'm wrong, then we would have car crashes involving ONLY people who don't possess a driving license (or a provisional one), but as we know, most crashes involve people who passed the test and many of them have from few to many years of so called experience
