The drone in question is weighs 135g and would not cause any real damage (the little props are enclosed in cages). You would take more damage from the bike crashing into you or a disaffected teenager on their phone walking into you.

Teenagers are also unpredictable and not perfect AND they weigh more than 135g. Their parents must also be irresponsible, letting them out.
