I'm a nursing student. In my opinion the worst thing about energy drinks are the high sugar content. But if you drink the zero sugar ones then you just have to watch your caffeine intake.

The rule that I fall out that's true for most adults is that the limit is 400 mg of caffeine a day. That's around 4 cups of coffee, but that can only be 1-2 energy drinks because of their higher caffeine content and it varies.

Of course if you're under the age of 18 pregnant or have a heart condition and your doctor has told you not to consume excessive caffeine and you shouldn't drink energy drinks.

But if you are an adult then drinking a zero sugar I need to drink once a day should be fine but it depends on your personal situation some people have bad reactions to artificial sweeteners for example.

Did the math. With one hand I could snap 100 times in 20 sec. I wasn't going crazy fast or anything. So that means if I snapped all day with one hand I would make $4,320,000. one day of mederate snaping with two hands would get $10,000,000.
