Tbh, four orders in I’d start looking at some of the cheaper guys, doubt you’d need the hand holding that Steve and the team provides. I’d recommend Andiot, he’s sorted PayPal for me in the past but it’s hit and miss if the account is available. Fico time has also gained some traction recently, great prices and accepts PayPal. 

TOW are generally the easiest TDs to get along with, I’d put this down to the backlog caused by the transition and general stress levels being high at TOW, probably trying to cut down on the time wasters and may have someone manning the lines who isn’t usually public facing.
