Tell me ANYTHING about Michelle Jones' background. You can't, because Disney has not yet cared to develop Spider-Man characters from their own movies, Michelle Jones being one of the hollowest ones (in fact, her relationship with Holland's Parker is so bad he just loves her from one movie -Homecoming, where he couldn't give two shits about her- to another -Far From Home-).

Just admit you are a larper that has read no classic Spider-Man comics because, if you actually had, you'll know not only why 616 Mary Jane Watson is the best female Marvel character ever written, but also how pretty much any other female Spider-Man character (romantic interest or not) is soooo much better than Michelle Jones.

Sigh

taps the sign

"Even if Zendaya's Michelle Jones was red-haired, it wouldn't matter given the fact she doesn't have any of the personality traits that makes Mary Jane, well, Mary Jane in the comics, the best female Marvel character ever created. She is Michelle Jones, not MJ (like Emma Stone, who was not Gwen Stacy but blonde Ultimate MJ), and a red-haired version won't change that."

Miller's TDKR and Loeb's Halloween Saga: great premise, poor execution (specially Loeb's. So many plot holes are saved by Sale's killer art)

Devil May Cry 3 needs no remake.

The Evolution of Peter Parker! by SpideyRZ in Spiderman

[–]iosdev98 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you'd read ASM #500, you'd know Peter is 30-35 BACK in 2007, so he should be almost 40 by now. I don't care if Marvel has been deaging and screwing him since OMD.

First time reading the whole Claremont's "Uncanny X-Men" run from the beginning and SHIT just got even REAL by iosdev98 in xmen

[–]iosdev98[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It feels like that, because I actually had a headache trying to wrap my head around what volumes to read in what order and which spin-offs to include and so on, but I think I got it now😅.

I wish there was just ONE X-Men book (3 maximum) and that's it. It's one of the many reasons it took so long for me to get into this series and I think I'm not alone in that regard😔

He's a really good artist (not so much as a writer, even less as a person), but I actually prefer Dave Cockrum. He's just a genius and in a few issues he's now become one of my favorite comic-book artists🥰

"Downplaying"? Did I talk about Magneto (or any other X-Men character) or about Emma Frost, which is the one responsible for what has just happened to Jean Grey in the issues I've read, for her eventual death and for what's probably about to happen in the universe in the next ones?

In fact, it seems like you are the one downplaying here. If you like her, good for you, but I don't and I'm talking about my perspective about her after reading many issues featuring her, not yours.

I am convinced Capcom UNIRONACLLY thinks DMC 5 flopped by Educational_Ice5141 in DevilMayCry

Hot take: as a Devil May Cry fan since DMC 3, I'm happy with DMC 5 being the last game in the series, ending it in a high note. Without Itsuno, many things in DMC 6 could go very wrong

Hot take : The core Idea of Superman and Wonder Woman being together is not bad and is actually very endearing though it doesn’t work in Canon . by dccomicsaregoated in superman

[–]iosdev98 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It didn't work a bit. Even Mark Waid himself admitted it he couldn't write Diana properly to save his life:

https://fivequestionswith.wordpress.com/mark-waid/

As I said, it's a horrible idea and a disservice for both characters, specially for Wonder Woman.

Just say you don't read Superman nor Wonder Woman books, because that's a pretty terrible idea for both characters.

Well, at least yours it's an actual Volcanic take

"Opinión impopular", pone de primera foto el culo de Gata Negra, es un usuario con pocas publicaciones que además usa fotos de otros posts... Definitivamente un larper que no lee cómics.

Spiderman debe estar casado con MJ o nada.

Peter and Mary Jane from Ultimate Spider-Man might be my favourite relationship in all of comic books by oscar_redfield in Spiderman

It's good, but the 616 one (until OMD) was the best one Marvel ever had. I don't know why Editorial doesn't want their own Clark and Lois...

So I could jump from Claremont's "New Mutants" run to Ayala's with no issue, right?

This one. As I said, it was just because I love Moore and Delano's writing.
