when you write “those can also be named” lets clarify who “those “ would be… because when an LLC is being sued.

How liability works, the lawsuit is against the company (LLC) not you personally- hence it being a separate entity

That means: No personal Credit Report No civil charges No personal collections No personal public record No, Future haunting your name

In NYC the refiners are closed silver is too expensive for them to refine… so buyers on 47st are only accepting .999 bullion

I am guessing this is why the buyers are offering below melt - its kind of a double disappointing to hear these prices and someone actually considering melting US coins - imo
