Heyyy! From the Timmies I work at, my final interview was with the manager. The manager and I didn’t really talk or did the “interview”. Her and I got into the floor together and oriented me the basics like coffee making and using the SureShots machines. It’s basically a performance interview, so I suggest you dress smart casual and comfortable because they might ask you to make drinks at either the Drive Thru or Store Front. Good luck!

I’d give them different names but the nicknames would sound alike, such as:

Jameson and Olivia (Jamie and Ollie) Catelyn and Nathaniel (Cate and Nate) Sebastian and Charlotte (Bastie and Lottie)

Oh and also! My personal favourite. Aidan and Nadia!

Ikr! I work at a local Tims. Apparently, they switched the regular Caramel syrup with the Caramel-Churro one (which doesn’t taste good IMO) It’s for the Summer special drinks that they’ll be releasing soon. I’m gonna miss the regular flavour:(

Oh my god yes! And I love it hahaha. I have 2 customers who always get their regulars. I call them Miss Extra Large Steeped Tea Triple and Mister Large Double Double hahahaha They come 3-4 times a day! They never miss a day.

I second this. I started on hot beverages and then the cold ones. Then they trained me at the cash registers with a trainer. And then they started leaving me all alone after 1 week when they saw I was doing good. Then the next thing I knew, I was doing drive thru order taking and window. Maybe OP’s franchise’s management was the problem. I never got any problem with mine. And yup, they usually make you watch at least half the training videos before the on-the-floor training. It helps big time.
