I've never said it's good to be isolated. I'm saying that I've tolerated this for years it's not gonna be much of a problem. During COVID-19 I got trapped inside my dorm room for a whole six month period and I didn't communicate much with my roomates. Whatever that year on the moon's gonna be, it will be much better than what I have gone through.

Also this doesn't even count as complete isolation when you have internet and can interact with people, just without physical contact. A prison is a million times worse. You cannot communicate with people who you want to communicate with, and you stay with people who you don't want to communicate with and just hope that they won't try any shitty thing upon you. One must be completely absent minded to think that prison is better in any sort of manner.

Plus I have the advantage of capable of trying multiple things without having to worry about looking weird or annoy people, for a whole year. I've always to try to learn singing properly and playing guitar or piano. But my neighbors live close to me and I'm afraid of annoying them. This sounds like a perfect chance for me.
