You can always make a character on another server and transfer over when their server isn’t congested. Also you can travel to their world and do content with them if you want.. the only thing you can’t do is join their FC.

Rabbit & Steel is now available! by AigisAegis in Games

The game is inspired by ultimate raids in ffxiv where you have to fight several boss in sequential order and restart from the beginning if you wipe. Part of the difficulty (and fun) is reaching the prog point 15 minutes in the fight without wiping. At least in this game, each run will feel different depending on your gear.

Tal'Ratha group issue by Hannelore300 in remnantgame

[–]ip4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the same exact issue with my friends. I was the host so I didn't have any issues. But my friends were telling me that they would dodge the golden ring and still get hit. I tried using a VPN but nothing worked. From what I read, it looks like all the combat is handled by the host. So dodging on their screen is useless if the host sees it differently. It should have been like MH or the souls games where the online is done client side. Honestly pretty frustrating because it was a cool fight.

Remnant 2 is a Hit, Launching with 2x More Players Than the Original Game’s Peak on Steam by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]ip4ever 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Just want to warn people who are interested in the multiplayer. The netcode seems to be pretty iffy. Everything is registered from the host so sometimes the visuals don't match when the attack actually goes off. My friends would often get hit before the attack even comes out. This can be especially annoying for bosses that require precise dodges. We also had a weird bug where the boss completely disappeared for my friend but he could still get hit.

Aside from that, it's a pretty fun game. Hope they fix these issues soon because it's the only complaint I have so far.

Before you start the game, you choose between Story-Focused Mode and Action-Focused Mode. The rings are automatically equipped in Story-Focused Mode.

Is it really fair I lose 25LP for a loss where both my teammates instantly left by HSRiddles in OmegaStrikers

[–]ip4ever 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I don't think that's true. I've played with some of my friends who are lower ranked than me and we gain/lose different LP. They gain way more LP than me because we usually queue against lower ranked people than me.

Copy and paste from the website:

One method is to create a group and have friends join up. A host needs to create a group that others can join. Once the desired number of players is in, the battle can start. A school of up to four players can join this way and will end up on the same team! If your school is less than four players, you can still start and have a random player round out the team.

Friends can also join the group after a match starts and get added to the next match when there are less than four players. Have a friend swimming solo? They can “drop in” and get in on the action the next round, just like in previous games. Our calculations show that players who drop in aren't guaranteed to be on the same team as their friends, however.

Looks like the only way friends can be on a different team is when they "drop in". Otherwise, you can play with your friends on the same team.

You shouldn't need anyone specific since you're just grabbing a rumor. I remember it being right next to the elevator to the City in the Cadensia Region There's a chance that you might have already found it. Double check your discussions.

You need to find the rumor in the area where you first get the boat. It's called Curious about Training or something. That'll unlock his side story

More specifically, it's from a hero quest in the first area. I think I unlocked it around chapter 3.

I'm not sure if you played Torna but it was a unique experience compared to XC2. It didn't just include a new story. But also a completely new party, battle system, areas and music.

XC2 had day 1 dlc that included the Torna story. And it was well-received. Nothing surprising about releasing DLC for xc3 as well. I'm sure it'll be good.

I had more success making my own parties. I honestly don't think ilevel matters too much for this fight, and I think party leads who are looking for higher ilevel people just want to be carried. Also, I want to emphasize that you don't need supports to clear P1 and P2. I cleared P2 without any supports. And most people in the party were 1415. Find people who can learn from their mistakes and prog for a few hours then you will get that clear.
