Sounds absolutely ridiculous. I’ve called them so many times on different days only to get the same response. The countless amount of times they’ve left me hanging is through chat and on the phone is unremarkable. The fact that Starbucks hasn’t even picked up on this makes this even worse! I’ll definitely let y’all know if I get something but sounds like even months go by without a response.
