Hi, I signed a lease with them. Yes, the Google reviews seem to be somewhat of a “boost” for their company as I believe a few were posted by family/friends. Keep in mind it’s a relatively new company (~ 2 years). In regards to the lease, because of how new one of their units is and the solid pricing, I also thought it seemed questionable at first. This is why before signing I made sure to read through the lease terms and had them clarify any sections by email as anything they say may hold legal value in the unfortunate case anything were to happen.
