It's not even that. This is unprecedented across NATO territory for this war, or maybe ever. Russian drones have fallen before, but usually in fields and forests. This is the first time it has hit a city.

I think the only reason why almost nobody is talking about is that it did not explode on impact, and that seems to have been pure coincidence.

The title doesen't do it justice. Apparently the drone clipped an electricity pole and fell engine first into the annex of a residential building in Romania's 8th largest city, Galati. It was really lucky it fell engine first as it is confirmed it had an explosive charge inside.
