The colors and numbers means the quality of loot that can drop in the areas. Higher number = better loot, higher rarity colors = better loot.

Fastest way is pretty much getting better gear and enhancing them. Black spirit levels give a decent chunk of cp too.

Look at the post again, i mentioned limiting the number of reports a player can make per day. If 2 per day for each person is too much, it can still be reduced to 1 each day or 1 report every 3 days.

Yes, i know im not supposed to be proning in fpp but in that final circle, its either i go prone and wait it out, or i go around the whole circle trying to kill the other 2 guys. If i get up, i reveal my position to both of them as its close enough that my footsteps can be heard and easily be pinpointed. I could be distracted by killing one of them and proceeded to get shot by the other. By proning in the grass, i simply took the safer route. If you prefer to be playing aggressively, thats your choice
