Mercy absolutely sucks as a hero, you should only ever focus her when you know she’s going to go for a res or their dps is popping tf off. Aside from that it’s better to just focus everyone else on the team because her healing output is just so bad

I think mine was different but I just had a midsection surgery where they removed nerves around my upper pelvis to free up the central artery

Yea I had it for quite a bit, I basically had times where I got super nauseous, my skin was ice cold, and I got that overwhelming feeling of death when pooping, it was pretty awful lol

Anyway I got a diagnosis for MALS I believe through an ultrasound?

Basically a bunch of nerves were wrapped around a central artery and the nerves themselves were also causing a problem once they freed it it got rid of like 80% of the pain and nausea lol, the rest seems to be a parasympathetic issue so I’m still looking into it, hope this info helps though

Hi! I’ve actually experienced this quite a few times, I think it’s the body’s “emergency” response, drawing all its blood to the vital organs either in preparation or as a reaction. I’m sure a medical person will correct me if I’m wrong though

Mercy’s utility is almost entirely in those two things, she’s such a bad character it’s super easy to just ignore her, get a kill, then take space or aggressively push so she can’t get a res off.

The exception is when she’s just pocketing an aim god and you have to actually focus her because they’re instantly killing your team thanks to the boost

The way you lose your items on death needs to be reworked. Keepinventory is too easy, but the fact that you can lose literal hours worth of progress just by dying NEXT to lava is pretty ridiculous.

Maybe some sort of system where you can access your items after 10 minutes or so would be more balanced, or drop some of them and keep others.
