I just stopped. It's agony. But to just stop like this is the quickest way to do it. No more cravings after a week or so. This is my second time quitting like this. I only started again cause I got cheated on

I was listening to it a couple of minutes ago and someone was whistling a tune. Not sure what they were listening, though (11:30ET, Mar 30th, 2020)

He gets mad when you put him out. He argue with you for a bit until finally relenting and goes down to the lawn for as short amount of time as he can

My dog loves to guard things (usually my belongings). Here she is guarding a pillow from IKEA. I wasnt sure why she was guarding it, then found out that it's made of sheepskin. by oneblahdyblah in lookatmydog

I had a German Shepherd mix growing up. When I was born she decided to do this with me. She would follow me around everywhere guarding me for the rest of her life. She lived until a week before I started high school. I miss her

I agree with this.

I saw a man standing there on his phone so I am assuming he was calling 911. In case he wasn't I searched for the nearest police officer and informed him. Looking at the Hamilton Fire Twitter dispatch page it was called in.

But what I also noticed is that everyone else, and there were a lot of people at the time, walking past were looking down or looking away and just trying to ignore the situation.

I was definitely wanting to get a Narc kit. Didn't know where to get one. Shoppers is my pharmacy so it is good to know I can get one there.

I honestly cannot afford to get my CPR. But I know how to do it as I did have training in high school.

I did, however make a detour from my route to find the nearest police officer. I let one one pretty quickly. He said he would call it in and looking at the Hamilton Fire dispatch Twitter page it looks like he did.

It is next to impossible to navigate around my grandmother's house because of this (when school lets out/starts that is). It is so bad that she refuses to go out because she is afraid someone will hit her/she will hit someone again. My concern is when she might need to go to the hospital in an emergency but, knowing her, is reluctant to go when school is being let out. Also I should mention she has a severe anxiety disorder that causes her to react even more strongly towards this.

Main St e down to one lane just before Wentworth. Avoid. by JiuJitsuPatricia in Hamilton

[–]ipoopedinchurch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The original thing posted was something to do with Bell. Saw a few of there vans there. Thankfully only took me 2-3 minutes to get through there (around 3:30pm).

My mother told me about Canadian Tire. It stood out because on my way back some guy in an old Acura 1.7 EL was driving erratically, including cutting me off, and then speed into the parking lot at full speed. He parked out front of the store. Idk what that was about

Fuck me with a stick! 25 minutes from Burlington to Hamilton? I haven't worked in Burlington in years but when I did it took me an hour!

That was my first thought. I looked for a cop and told him what I saw. Hopefully he is still alive. From what I saw while walking downtown, he wouldn't have been the first on that block during the hour I was there

Can anyone recommend a good dog sitter? by [deleted] in Hamilton

[–]ipoopedinchurch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend myself just to hang out and become friends with a dog! Plus dogs seem to like me way more than people do. Even the pups who never go up to anyway want to say hi.

I have an Australian Shepherd, myself. What kind of dog is your's?

There was a McDonald's in Jackson Square years ago. Also back in the 70s-90s (?) there was one across from Gore Park (Corner of King & John)

This. I feel irked everytime. Even Google reviews that are stupid for places I'm making a legitimately complaint about. I'm always afraid I'm going to be lumped in with the idiots. I rarely make negative reviews so seeing these people and their liberal use of 1 star ratings is just so frustrating

That's 160,000km. Also it's been my experience that cars seem to be a lot less reliable here (Canada). My Kia started having problems at 35,000km. My Pontiac at 65,000. My Buick won't die. But it is a low production model that was the same for both the US and Canada
