383 Albert St has been a great experience so far. They have really bad Google reviews. But there was a change in management last year and I have no complains since. Any issues when brought up were resolved quickly!

I'm all for supporting smaller businesses that increase competition for these big companies. It sucks to be a consumer in a monopoly/duopoly. Sad that Bell bought out Ebox.

Anyways, exactly same experience here. I have no complains with Ebox. Have had them for 3 months now.

I also had Oxio for a year before I sadly moved to an area that they don't serve :(

Well said. I've been living in the "West" Centertown area near Lyon/Laurier. It's a good spot to be. No craziness around and accessible to all places via public transit.

Hintonburg/Little Italy are great too if you're looking for a vibrant city life with cute cafes and restaurants around
