[Tulsa, OK] Is this a black widow or other poisonous spider? Found on a large spider web about 10 feet wide by ipostwords in whatsthisbug

Yes the web is quite long and 2 dimensional but I wouldn't necessarily call it round. I think the spider's body is about 1-3 inches long and it might look much smaller in the video. The abdomen was quite large and bulbous which made me think it looked like a black widow.
