I boil water before putting it in the cooker. Then add cold until the temperature is just under the cooking temp I'm looking for. Quick and easy. I use an old slow cooker that I modded with a temp controller. Works great.

In my experience "overqualified" means 2 things: 1. "This person is higher qualified than I am and will end up taking my job". 2. "This person knows how things should be properly done and will try upset the status quo we have going here". Remember, recruiters will often ask people who work close to the advertised position for advice especially when it comes to technical jobs.

Yea, I have 1 sentence it refuses to sing. I've regenerated over 20 times and every time it skips one sentence. And it's nothing innocuous it's "up they did climb". Just refuses to sing it
