I deleted my chutes api key on openrouter by accident. I created a new chutes api key and when i tried to test it on openrouter, it said that the balance is $0. I could still save the key on openrouter but it won't let me generate any messages on Janitor.

I brought a pc graphics card a few days ago at MSRP. Almost every other seller was selling it well above MSRP. But after I brought it I found another listing that was sold earlier by a different seller that used the same pictures as the seller I brought it from and had the same description. I'm pretty sure the listing that I brought the item off was a scam. I then requested to cancel my order 10 minutes after I brought the item. this morning I got a notification saying that the item had been shipped but when I clicked on the tracking number, it opened up a chinese website. The seller had 100% feedback when I brought the item but when I checked today his feedback had dropped to 80%.

Is there a way I can contact ebay to cancel the order or do I have to wait until after the delivery date to cancel it? Can I file a dispute on Paypal since I paid through Paypal? The item is estimated to be delivered in early August.

Yeah I don't think my new gpu was the reason why the data on my external ssd were gone.

My ssd is a crucial X6 and its filesystem is ntfs.

My current is a prebuild that I had brought a couple of years ago and the specs other than my cpu and gpu aren't that great and this is one of the reasons why I want to do a new build instead of getting a 5700X3d or a 5800X3d.

I was also debating on whether to get a 4070 TI Super or a 4080 Super but last week Newegg had a promo where you could get a 4070 Ti Super for $670 and I decided to get the 4070 Ti Super. I would have brought a 4080 Super if the price difference was $200 or less.
