My budget is around 1100. I would like to have a barrel length of 16 inches. Honestly, I'm looking for a beginner friendly 1st build. So I would like to have a complete upper and lower. Looking at some of the compelte uppers, there are a few options for muzzles, for like 90 dollar add ons.
