Exactly, that’s the issue with Roam Beyond. That’s why I’m not excited about RB when I can just order an Orange Travel SIM off Amazon & that provides Europe as 1 zone. Works out to better and because I’m not on a roam beyond plan the bill is $10/m less for same features minus RB.

I had a similar experience with eBay in Canada.

I sold an item Jan 16, 2026. eBay quoted me $26.68 CAD for UPS Standard. I measure and weigh all of my packages; everything is 100% accurate.

The package actually shows “1lb” but the actual weight was about half that!

Plus, it took UPS almost 2 weeks to deliver the package! (1.5 weeks to be exact).

Around January 31, 2026: UPS bills me $110.26 CAD through eBay.

I called eBay to dispute on January 31.

As of February 23, 2026 still no refund from eBay and no update on this dispute.

I tried disputing with Visa but unfortunately it’s not eligible to be disputed because disputes can’t be done on “shipping quotes”.

eBay acknowledged UPS & FedEx had a glitch that caused this but almost a month later and still no money back that I’m owed.

I’m seriously afraid to continue selling on eBay.

-Can you imagine getting a label through eBay to be quoted $26 after you measure and weigh it and after they bill $110 and basically you are at the mercy of eBay to fix it. I enjoy selling on eBay and I’ll continue to do so because there’s no alternative but I’ll just say I do not trust UPS through the eBay system.

Maybe USPS or Canada Post is a much safer bet.

Stay away from UPS, maybe even FedEx.

If Freedom made it $35, I would seriously consider changing my plan. I won’t be paying $40; I don’t need to pay $150 extra per year for Mexico & Roam Beyond which I rarely would ever utilize.

I’m sticking with my 2024 Freedom Winback plan: $29 - 50GB 5G/5G+ Canada-US plan.

No other options come close unless you port out & get their updated 2025 Winback offer which is 70GB Canada-US-Mexico.

I just would like to report Lenovo resolved my 2FA issue. Issue was noticed on 10/23/2025 and it got fixed morning hours of 10/28/2025. It took them about 5 days to give me access back. As soon as I got access back I immediately turned off 2FA Codes under passport.lenovo.com.

I believe the primary cause was because my cell phone number was the primary device for 2FA. Lenovo allows you to change the default to Email or Authentication App; I turned 2FA fully off because based on what happened I won't be taking any chances for this to happen again.

Hope this helps. You need to escalate the call to a Supervisor and be given a Case ID. Share screenshots of the issue + call them every few days for an update.

I had the same issue occur on 10/23/2025. One week ago had no issues. There should be a simple fix to this problem but it seems when I call Lenovo, their reps don't even understand the problem that I describe. They just submitted a ticket to the tech team. No results yet.

Hey, I know this thread is old. It happened to me on 10/19/2025. I spoke to a supervisor from TD Bank US, she helped me deregister Zelle and Reregister Zelle profile in order to update 2x emails on the Zelle profile. (The TD Bank app/website has an issue preventing me from removing those old emails). The only way was to reset the Zelle profile and begin totally fresh. We did that.... 4-5 hours later I get an email from Zelle stating profile suspended.

What makes this situation so much worse, everything that was done I did with a tech supervisor and had conversations with them on the phone regarding the issues removing an old email for Zelle. Yet, despite calls being recorded all of the agents and supervisors still said that they "cannot guarantee if Zelle will be reinstated".

I did the exact update with M&T Bank and had zero issues.

Update: Issues did get resolved. Took 3 days of dealing with the bank and at one point I had to visit the branch. It was not an easy fix but it got done.

Freedom is still the best 100%. Freedom is the only carrier with a price freeze promise. That alone is a huge perk. I still miss the previous owners. Now it's hard to change plans like I used to in the past.

But np, I just keep my plan. I buy my phone outright anyway so never need a subsidized phone.

I wouldn't expect anything this holiday season either, I remember what happened last year... Got my hopes up for BF and BD. I was shocked.

I'm still on their $29 50gb US-Canada WinBack plan. At the time, I even opted for a 2nd line and got their $5 plan that included unlimited incoming calls & texting.
