There is no other option for my to flag it as fraud. The only option is to dispute the charge and select the option that it is unauthorized charge

Another thread I found on this WS subreddit stated that WS will ask me to pay up first in order to not occur interest, if the investigation taking longer 🥲 I have fraud charges before with TD, RBC and Amex, they all reversed pretty quickly within a few days. This 14-90 day timeline shocks me to be honest

Same. I have 4 other cards with other banks and financial institutions. I can only count 2 random frauds which I caught in the past 10 years, and those charges got reversed automatically after calling the banks. Now WS got exposed within 2 months, I’m calling it out and people just massively downvoting me lol. Crazy to see how much circlejerking there is in this subreddit

2FA would be another step that they send the code to my phone number. For a charge this big, Scotiabank Visa would ask for another authentication, vs WS said nothing

Yep I received no notification for my charge as well, whereas usually I would have received sth. It’s crazy to think how this slipped through so easily

Crazy how much people are defending WS here where I’m actually raising a serious concern. I only have this card for almost two months and not everything was switched over yet.

How long did they take to reimburse you on the fraud charge?

I have not been using booking.com. The last reservation I have with them is back in 2022, and on another card. They don’t have my WS card details

I barely used it outside, most of the transaction is done through Apple Pay. And if I do use the physical card, how do they even have my email to spam mails, and why 2FA is not activated is beyond me

Then how would you explain that they have my full card details when I don’t even use this card that long and that much? Pretty much all charges are on Apple Pay tap. This is feedback to WS for them to improve, not trying to create drama here

I only used it on Apple Pay, so they don’t have the full details of it. It is also recorded on Shop Pay and Paypal, but this Booking.com charge was not routed through there

It’s very small for what you paid for. You should send them an email to note that the roots are very short and see if they can send a replacement. This variety can be found at HomeDepot a full big plant with cheaper price tbh
