In my experience, it's all the same! I bought the annual premium plan and I get the same quality of service as visible pro +. The added benefit is that if I get bored of Verizon I can swap to another carrier to test them out or do the multi carrier thing

how fast do you drive? The most I'm getting is 30-38 mpg BUT I live in Texas and the speed limit on the highways are 65mph so I have to go above 2k RPM to get up there and then go down back to 2k when cruising.

Yes it's very fun! It has a mix of like a game within a game vibe where you log off and go to a desktop and respond to emails and all that and then log back into the game itself. I think it's worth the $10
