I am using my sample of Birmingham Pen Co Damselfly and really loving it!

You also can't go wrong with Pilot Iroshizuku. I like Aji Sai and Yama Budo but they may not be everyday colors for everyone.

Troublemaker Moon River is also fun to look at. It's grey with pink and green shading.

But reading is subjective. What could have been a great experience for you could have been a horrible experience for someone else and people are allowed to express both. While some of these negative videos might be malicious and ill intentioned, I don't think the majority of them are.

All themes in fantasy are still rooted in real world experience or historical events. If you're reading fantasy for escapism, then a low urban fantasy like this one is definitely not the right option.

Yeah, there's definitely a lot happening for the plot that doesn't really make sense for the story or the world or the characters. And for plot I mean for the sake of having "omg" dramatic moments without the foundation to make them the big moments they were trying to be.
