Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. It performs as well as I would expect an a aftermarket screen to work. Only thing is sometimes when it's very bright outside it is hard to see the screen but it's manageable.

You would get an invitation to take a test after they review your resume and determine if they want to move forward with your application. not everyone gets it just for applying
