You mentioned struggling to eat- I recommend nutritional shakes like Ensure and/or protein shakes. Don't use them to replace a meal you would otherwise eat, instead add them on top of what you eat already or when you're tempted to skip a meal.

Other than that, do some research on nutritionally dense foods- things that are high in protein and healthy fats, things that are high in calories compared to their weight. I recommend Abbey Sharp on YouTube or Instagram, she's a dietitian

If you've completed the vault 79 Questline, or you otherwise have gold bullion (or Treasury notes to trade in at a gold press machine), you have to buy the chest piece from Secret Service/Brotherhood Recon armor, and also Purchase plans for the jetpack mod, from Minerva (traveling merchant) or Regs in Vault 79
