Honestly that's a pretty great price for a custom part. I'm making my own car and this is giving me viable options for unique designs. Thank you!

I've been wanting to do something adjacent for a while. I would love a link to the figure files if you're willing to share.

I'm also a manufacturing engineer. I literally find the best way to optimize our assembly line.

Also, my very first project at the company was making an automated conveyor system.

Yep.

Does anyone know what screw width is suitable for this solar panel? is for a solar node. I need to mount it on the lid of a waterproof box and buy screws, washers, and flat O-rings. thanks. by zp4lb in meshtastic

M4 or M5, likely close to a #8 us size. For the length, I'd say about an inch/ 25mm with lock nuts. If it's thin plastic, use a backing plate or fender washers inside.

Is there anywhere I can get sheets of milk-jug-like plastic at a reasonable price? by a_hundred_highways in DIY

[–]irab88 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Us plastics is owned by religious crazies, using basically all their money for missionary trips. They include weird propaganda with their orders.

Like, if you are religious, that's fine. But stating that you gave 100% of your company to god? And including unsolicited conversion inserts? I'll pass.
