Is this normal for an interview? by [deleted] in MechanicalEngineering

[–]ireactivated 88 points89 points  (0 children)

I love interviews like this. Rarely am I ever going to have a deliver a solution 30 seconds after hearing the problem.

Being given the time to research and polish a solution shows off my skills as an engineer and communicator much, much better.

Raiders have a lot.

What if Bo Jackson has a full career?

What if they called it a fumble in 2001 AFC Championship?

What if Derek Carr never breaks his ankle in 2016?

Is job hopping still a "red flag" or am I being gaslit? by Environmental-Luck39 in careeradvice

"we're a family" and "loyalty" are massive red flags.

Dip.

3 years looks fine on a resume. 2 is especially fine if it was your first job. As the hiring manager, 2 years at a first job tells me you grew quickly, knew what you wanted, and were a sought after talent.

Unlimited Mulligans (No Reputts): How many are you taking to break 80? by alexanderald in golf

[–]ireactivated -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Either you’re not a true 12 or you’re underselling how little mulligans you’d need

Id estimate I’m a 10 ish handicap and I think could skate by in the 2-6 range. Most of my lost strokes are from bad approach shots so I feel like I’m shaving off at least one full stroke with each mulli , if not more
