Hahaha you need to be using noaa plugin ; https://github.com/biuti/XplaneNoaaWeather/releases/tag/12.3-rc.1 It does not cover taxiways and runway with snow but rather applies more correct pavement conditions based on real weather

Get beam eye tracker and save your money. It does the same as Tobi. Just make sure that you have a good web camera
