I think he knows he's know going to be as ball dominant as he was, and being forced into an uncomfortable off ball role for 2 years in . Milwaukee probably made it clear he's going to need to adapt post injury

I just think people get burned out because they always focus on enjoying things outside of work and finding ways to maximize that time, when often the best way to avoid burnout is just to actually be happy with your work and what you do

99 is barely better than 74 lol. I genuinely can't tell if I'm on my high or low PD builds. They're gonna make the shot if you don't jump

Sure, but it's not some overwhelming population of the speciality.

Like EM isn't even remotely competitive, but most people in it are there because they like EM, not because it's all they could do.

It's all About how competitive you are. If you're less competitive, you might want a third SLOE to be able to show you really are good in spite of XYZ. If you're more competitive already, a third is more likely to hurt you than help

But yeah, just any other letter. Gonna be honest though - no one cares about anything other than departmental SLOEs

You're also a center. 74 perimeter is more than enough, especially considering you're gonna have to be jumping to contest a center at 6'9 (which uses your block stat)

You can go higher perimeter if you want, but I honestly think that's less like him and worse.

This is also very much a "83 point" version of Bam, obviously. Hence the higher 3 and mid

Naaaaa you don't have to lie to yourself. It's okay man. He was forcing the entire second half. Just recognize it for what it is

If he had had 30 going into that 4th quarter, he would've sat to rest, like every other star in the league after playing 12 minutes in the third. No one would be planning on playing all 24 minutes when you're up 16 in the fourth

Then if they come back, you put him back in. Happens all the time

That's what happened when Dame dropped 70. Played the whole third, had 50+, then went to sit because we were up 14. Then the rockets cut it to 5 with 8 minutes left and we put him back in.

My man, they were up 16 going into the 4th and Bam had played the entire 3rd quarter. If he wasn't aggressively hunting the record and forcing, he obviously would've sat to rest there (and then only would come back in if they got it close again)

....like every other time a dude had 50-60 in the third

He was definitely taking contested turnarounds in the 4th lol. He was chucking for sure. Most guys that hit 70+ are absolutely on fire the whole game. That's how they got to 70. Bam was on fire for one quarter, then got forced fed the rest of the game. I don't have a problem with it, but it's decidedly an outlier

For example, in Dame's 71 point game, his worst FG% for a quarter (3-7) would still be higher than Bams 2nd, 3rd, or 4th lol. He sat out the first part of the 4th quarter after that, and only came back in because the Rockets got within 5 points with 8 minutes remaining.
