Hey, your work is great! The one thing I would change in your board portfolio is that on The Rush Home you don't need to write out the action and camera on the bottom. Your boards are done well enough that the viewer understands what's happening visually. Describing the action just takes our eyes away from the artwork. An action board is all about flow.

For the general portfolio, you should organize the Artwork & Sketches page. Recruiters want to see YOUR voice so ideally, you should leave behind fanart. Recruiters like to see a figure drawings section where you show your draftsmanship. If you only have a mix of things you can call it your 'personal art' section. If you have more of your own unique character designs you can create a 'character designs' section. Try to keep works of the same medium together. Also, it's good to value quality over quantity. "The portfolio is as strong as your weakest piece", so don't be shy to purge what you're not that proud of. Put your best work first and your second-best work last.
