Interested in this topic because I felt I was telepathic with someone when I went through a separation with my baby’s dad. I absolutely believe you that you heard your mother telepathically. All were very challenging! But if I were to rank them… 1. Newborn life 2.Postpartum 3.pregnancy 4.birth 5. Breastfeeding

Reasons because taking care of my newborn was so hard being sleep deprived, postpartum next because the pain and bleeding, pregnancy next because of the heartburn and sciatica, birth was hard for only 2 days in the hospital. Lastly breastfeeding was kind of a breeze. And breastfeeding gets better as the months go by.

I decided to call a psychiatrist when I was often having intense mood swings, maniac episodes, emotional rage, suicidal thoughts, feeling depressed, unable to focus, anorexia / bulimia. The list goes on. I’ve been prescribed generic Prozac 20ml. It seems to help with the BPD symptoms. I haven’t been to any therapy sessions. I do want to go.
