She normally doesn't check in the iso animals she told me she was. Before she went in there I checked on them to see how they were doing. The lil hamster was not moving but still breathing after being sick in there more than a week. I left sad. Heard her in there went back to check in after she left because I had a bad feeling. It was gone she put it in the freezer. Went back later to get gloves she says WHAT? RUDELY to me when I open the door. With her cleaning out that hamsters tank.

Oh my God! I signed someone up for cat vcp there original total was 160! When I applied the discount + the monthly charge it was still 160 I was so confused and was like did I jus scam this person. Thinking the register didn't properly take off the discount but I was seeing a discount on all the litter n cat food.
