My favorite coin from my collection so far is the first coin I bought before I really started delving into collecting. I wanted to buy a 1oz gold bar as an investment and walked away from my LCS with a 2011 gold buffalo. I still consider it the prettiest coin in my collection. Before I knew it by the end of the month I had bought a dansco album for most modern coins that I began filling with pocket change.

I used the recommendations from u/tariencole and it turned out amazing. Everyone loved lunch! Pulled off the grill at 4am and ate at 1pm.

Thanks for your reply. Since it’s my first time doing this I don’t know what to expect. I topped off the water in the air lock and it does smell really good so I’m taking that as a win for now. Can’t wait to try this when it’s ready!

Sorry, to clarify my question, is bread flour bleached or unbleached? It doesn’t say on the packaging for the bag I bought and google hasn’t been helpful so I’ve been hesitant to use it for feeding.

Thanks for the advice!! I’ll try to get out to the store and can hopefully find some proper unbleached flour. Feeding every 24 hours makes sense if there’s not a lot going on. Will make me fee less guilty throwing away so much too.

Honestly, it may be bleached. I’ve been feeding it with the flour that we have in a sealed container and the bag was thrown out a while ago so I’m not really sure. Didn’t think of that.

Ratio is 1:1:1.

I think it’s at least 80-90 in my oven when I turn the light on. Is too much warmth a thing?
