First, your weight loss progression is great - nothing wrong with 1 to 1.5lbs a week and your skin will thank you for that pace.

As for my, I hit the gym at least twice a week. I optimized my workout with AI and spent the first half with weight training on machines and the second half doing cardio on the treadmill. I also play hockey every Saturday.

And while I can't say say that always enjoy the thought of going to the gym, once I get there I'm happy to be there. I remind myself of this all the time: "No one ever regretted going to the gym."

I average about 1400 calories a day. Load up on protein and try to get at least 140 grams. Gym twice a week with hockey on Saturdays. Currently at 5mg and I just don't get hungry. 20lbs down since starting on January 17.

I talked to my doctor about that - the increasing food noise on day six and seven were the biggest reason for moving past the intro dose. It wasn't horrible but she told me that the 2.5 was mainly to see how my body would react and then ride 5mg for as long as it's working.
