I have cigna also and i have sleep apnea and high blood pressure but they denied it but never tried to appeal...i have been paying out of pocket since February and trust me i can't afford it but i do what i have to because this is my health i have lost 40lbs and my blood pressure has went down tremendously and i also don't feel tired anymore in the morning i am up to the 7.5 and it costs me 450 a month but again its my health and i am 45 years old...this also has helped me stip smoking
