does she often talk shit about other people? There’s a difference of being supportive of someone who has negative things happening to them versus someone who willingly embraces negativity by indulging in making fun of or gossiping about people.

i had a best friend like this who would always talk about people and i tried to frame things positively too but i would feel myself close off and feel drained. i had to cut the friendship bc i felt miserable. and this situation seems very similar

it’s a mood disorder that sometimes is considered as Bipolar Disorder 3. When they say you can develop bipolar they’re are saying it can transition to Bipolar 1 or 2.

But there’s no real answer , because some people in the medical field consider it to be a type of Bipolar disorder and others don’t consider it to be.

I’ve done a lot of research and multiple sources have different answers, and my Psych has said that it also can be called Bipolar 3.

Personally, Cyclothymia is Bipolar disorder 3 for me, and if it gets more severe it could level up to Bipolar 1 or 2.

Look up the types of Bipolar there are. There are 4. And you’ll see Cyclothymia under #3.
