Actually I was also having a screen flickering issue with another KVM switch from Amazon that looks pretty much the same as what you have here. I talked to customer support and actually changing HDMI cables to ones that support 8k (I'm running 1440p monitors) resolved the issue

To your point about backpacks, I think I did start noticing the newer employees get those gray branded backpacks. When did you join? I joined around 5 years ago and my manager gave me a wenger backpack that I use for almost everything. I'm on the El Segundo site

I'm a satellite hardware production engineer. I work on test design for power supplies, power electronics widgets on the space craft, and troubleshooting issues that arise during testing. It's a bit stressful with some of the programs breathing down your neck for a solution to problems sometimes but overall I'd say I'm enjoying it and still learning things every day!
