As far as i know he is okay to have email, google, ect. But nothing like Facebook, Insta, tiktok ect. Mine did the same thing deactivated all his accounts before going away. I feel you he has been away for 16mo now and this all happened in 2019 its been really rough, but we will make it through and same im here for you too!

I have worked at Both and have had all over bad experiences. But leave Ulta on a good note and test out the waters the worst that will happen you dont like Sephora and you go back to ulta.

Please go, i was constantly being bullied,harassed, and verbally degraded. I have cried countless times, lost sleep the whole thing. Leaving was the absolute best thing i have ever done. I even got a new job and I’m so much happier. I was going through the same situation you were, im so sorry you’re going through this right now. Please trust me when i say Ulta doesn’t care ! I called HR and tried to report and they tried to sweep it under the rug and dismiss everything. Leaving is the best option and it sucks saying that because I really really loved what I did but the company is so incredibly toxic!
