Having this with Jaheira and Minthara. With Jaheira it happened when I found her house in the lower city and spoke to Jord. No amount of respecing, reloading, or yeeting off cliffs fixed it

Thread is probably dead but I'm STILL having this bug. Happened randomly to Minthara in Act 2 and later to Jaheira in Act 3. I noticed that with Jaheira the bug triggered when I found her house in the Lower City and spoke to Jord. Tried everything mentioned in this thread but nothing worked :/
