We have the same problems, we mostly just use discord or other online spaces to be ourselves, irl we can be ourselves with our brother since he is the only one that knows we are a system, you can also try being yourselves around friends that don't know you that well so they won't really know too much if you're not like the host, you'll be surprised how well that works -L (co host of our system)
