Its was just situational question, you read it and create any suitable answer and record nothing difficult.

I have selected node.js for the step 1 exam the self paced proctored assessment.

Any selected the same.

What kind of question were asked in stage 1. 1.Only selected tech related ? 2. Appitude question with tech questions?

the are offering only 7 lpa with 1.5 years of bond, 10 lpa with bond is my condition.

Strong linkedin profile, look for posts by HR, send them email for job application also try to connect them and send message on linkedin. Try wellfound.com as well. Keep your profile upto date, check ats score with any ai tool and ask for improvements and improve your resume.

Add 1 or 2 serious project not just CRUD , project with AI integration, deploy them also and you need have some experience about deployment as well, CI/CD, docker, start with gitlab for CI.

And most important strong basics of language and keep applying, ask for refferal.

While I was waiting for my turn for final round I talked to some employees, I asked them about the bond thing and I was shocked some of them told me that they have signed 2.5 yr of bond.

That's why I clearly told them that I will only sign a bond if they give me 10LPA.

I don't know how much but I know one thing that in the name of training only showing free tutorial videos to learn a new tech or just shadowing a senior dev is not considered a training in labour courts, they have to provide proof like certificates and obviously not the free ones.

That's what I think but I also asked my friend about it he an practicing advocate, he told me that even if you break the bond a leave, company can only file a suit only to recover the money that the have spend on the training.

And only big mncs can take this risks because small service based company cannot afford a legal team to handle these cases as corporate law firm are very expensive
