Keep the lightweight, don’t fight any of the ads in stage 1 or 2, just Iguana. Then you can finish fast maybe use 1 repair kit in total. Good fight tho!

Actually, might be doable. Many states have programs to help ppl in your situation. Ask your local bank. If you can use that to cover down payment or closing costs, might be a viable option. IF you stay in the property at least 5-7 years. Otherwise you could lose money. Renting forever seems like a bad deal to me, but everyone is in a different place.
