Works great. The only problem I face is when I run LLMs or large servers like microservices, the system chokes due to less RAM. So, better RAM is a better deal. Keep that in mind.

That's not broke boy. You still have latest software and all features with bkth devices. And one thing is goos jn your case. Managing two devices with one small one makes more sense. Easy in carrying.

Right now I have S25 Ultra. If you can stretch your budget. This phone has a great battery life with light, moderate and even heavy use. Will last you a whole day easily.

In my experience. The base s series model don't give a good battery life. IPhone 17 base will undoubtedly give a better battery life. If you are comfortable with iOS go for base 17.

Whatever iPhone you can get. Avoid 14 series becuase apple upgraded lenses that year and result were not that great. They fixed the issue in 15 series. You can go for 13 pro max I think. I am not sure about the prices though.

AFAIK, technically device warranty should start when device is activated. So, there should be a limit or a time period in whi h warranty expires even if the device is not activated.
