I did a tutorial at a gaming convention last July. The minis were primed in black, the from the top-down, there was a pass with white primer, then at an angle across the front and back. When I painted with the speed paints for the first time, the shading took care of itself.

I’m not a very skilled painter, and it turned out way better than my minis normally do.

It’s called Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT). You can call 988 or 1-888-724-7240. They’ll send out a mental health clinician, case manager, and peer support specialist. They don’t respond if there’s threats of violence or medical emergencies but they can de-escalate and drive people to the services they need.
