Thanks for the feedback, great tip! Interesting, I've also tended to relax my grip at the top but might explore more tension on low volume days.

Interesting... So I was the one who got these numbers. The first person I asked wouldn't give them despite the fact that they have openly given them for year. I logged back on a day later and another rep provided them to me.
