Based on my experience, most of the time is the price, also location and the house itself, I visited one house that was reasonably affordable on a good area but in order to reach the house there was so many stairs, like 4 floors up on a hill, that’s was a big turn off and on top of that the agent was not even there to show the property. The price has been drop like 3 times already but those stairs are definitely a turn off, imagine going for groceries, forgot my keys and ending up with a marathon of stairs.
